What F1T is not:

Stressed Woman
  • A gym ... with crowds and rules and big machines and questionable cleanliness, ... and a commute.

  • Group fitness ... a stuffy room full of people with very different needs, all led through the same movements. Definitely not about you.

  • Impersonal ... F1T is not a canned methodology.

  • Repetitive ...Personal trainers often use generic exercise sets and repeat them week after week. This is a non-starter.

  • Unsafe ... Personal trainers can push you to injury or aggravate existing conditions due to lack of anatomy knowledge and inattention to your movements. Yikes!

  • Boring ... Many trainers are bored and wish they were doing something else. Ugh.

  • All about you ... fully focused on you - what you need today, how you feel today, what you ate last night, how you felt after your last workout, what's going on in your life right now.

  • Holistic ... focused health and wellness including physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.

  • 100% adaptable ... in the moment. You will have a unique and custom workout plan ahead of time, but adjustments are always made according to your needs at each session. Maybe you just need to stretch and talk.

  • An in-home service ... no drive time for you,  and optional remote sessions to travel with you. Little to no equipment needed.

  • Safe and effective ... exceptionally qualified and experienced, including many specific conditions that require both anatomy and movement expertise that goes far beyond that of personal trainers. 

  • Flexible scheduling ... let me know what your availability is and we'll work it out. When you need a change, we'll work that out too.

  • Fair and flexible pricing ... certified for potential medical insurance coverage in certain cases

  • Supportive, enthusiastic and fun! ... If fitness training isn't fun and effective, then it won't last. Right?
