Lisette is focused on exercise for health. To support this she is licensed in the medical field of exercise physiology with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and certified in the Exercise is Medicine health initiative. Throughout her twelve years in business she has helped clients with various goals and needs to achieve significant results. Her experience includes clients with autism, diabetes, osteoporosis, cardiac surgery, chronic back, shoulder and knee pain, as well as many others.

ACSM Certified

As a licensed exercise physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, Lisette is trained to evaluate your overall health with special attention to cardiovascular function and metabolism, then develop an individualized exercise prescription to meet your health care needs and athletic performance goals.

Exercise is medicine

Lisette is certified in the Exercise is Medicine® (EIM) global health initiative managed by the American College of Sports Medicine. EIM is working to make physical activity assessment and promotion a standard in clinical care, connecting health care with evidence-based physical activity resources for people everywhere and of all abilities.

Lisette is trained and experienced in working with clients with either diabetes or prediabetes, who may have health complications that must be managed during physical activity for them to work safely and effectively without causing physical or emotional harm.

For those with autism, exercise has been proven to increase focus, improve academic performance, reduce stereotypical behaviors, build confidence and address physiological challenges. Lisette has completed specialized training through ACSM and has over six years of related experience.
